Although a small Company, we are a dedicated bunch. Our pilots’ extensive local knowledge of the Slave Lake and surrounding areas, allows us to provide consistent, year round service delivery to our many repeat clients. All Company pilots are experienced in winter operations and receive annual ground and flight training to type, including any speciality training as required. Flight training is conducted externally at substantial cost to ensure that our pilots receive the best instruction possible and are regularly exposed to new ideas and practices. Flight personnel must also complete the following update training:

• Crew Resource Management

• Fatigue Risk Management

• Pilot Decision Making (Human Factors)

• H2S Awareness
• Safety Management Systems

• WHMIS Procedures
• Emergency and Survival Procedures

• Transportation of Dangerous Goods (Air)
• Standard First Aid

In addition to the above, our pilot operators are trained in the following:

• Confined Spaces

• Transportation of Dangerous Goods (Ground)
• ATV Safety

• Incipient Fire Fighting
• Ground Disturbance Level 1
